M&M Pretzel Hugs with Rolos

These sweet and salty treats are perfect for any occasion—super easy to make, fun to eat, and guaranteed to impress! The mix of crispy pretzels, gooey Rolo caramels, and crunchy M&Ms is totally irresistible. Plus, you can switch it up and use Hershey Kisses instead of Rolos—sometimes I make them with both for even more variety!

Ingredients:

Instructions:

Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the pretzels:
Lay out the mini pretzels on a baking sheet in a single layer. Make sure they have enough space to place a Rolo on each one.

Add the Rolos:
Unwrap the Rolos and place one on top of each pretzel.

Bake:
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for about 3-4 minutes, just long enough for the Rolos to soften but not completely melt. Keep an eye on them so they don’t melt too much—you're aiming for a slightly squishy Rolo!

Top with M&Ms:
Remove the baking sheet from the oven. While the Rolos are still soft, gently press an M&M into the center of each one. The heat from the Rolo will help the M&M stick.

Let cool:
Allow the pretzel hugs to cool and firm up, either at room temperature or in the fridge if you want to speed up the process. When I make them during the colder seasons, I just put them outside for a few hours—it’s a perfect natural cooler!

Enjoy:
Once they're set, you're ready to enjoy your perfect combination of salty, sweet, and crunchy in every bite!

Tips:

Storage: Store these in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.

Variation: You can experiment with different flavors of M&Ms (Peanut Butter M&Ms are a favorite) or even use mini Reese’s cups instead of Rolos for a different twist!

These little bites are great for parties, gift bags, or just as a treat to have on hand!
