Directions
Start by preparing a baking sheet lined with wax paper and set it aside for later use.
Next, melt the chocolate according to the instructions on the package, using a microwave to heat the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, making sure to stir the mixture after each interval for even melting.
Once the chocolate is ready, take a Nutter Butter cookie by its bottom and dip it into the melted chocolate, ensuring that you cover the entire cookie except for a small section at the bottom; gently tap the cookie to allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
Place the dipped cookie flat on the wax paper-lined baking sheet, and while the chocolate is still soft, press two chocolate chips into the coating to create eyes.
Allow the cookies to sit for about 10 minutes, or until the chocolate has fully set!
