Directions

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

Crush 36 Oreo cookies until they become fine crumbs.

Combine the cookie crumbs with cream cheese using a silicone spatula until a dough forms.

Shape the dough into one-tablespoon balls and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they don’t touch.

Freeze for at least 15 minutes.

Cut the remaining Oreos in half to create bat wings using a sharp knife.

Combine chocolate and optional coconut oil, then microwave at half power for one minute, stirring afterward. Continue heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.

Remove half of the truffles from the freezer and dip each into the melted chocolate using a fork, allowing excess to drip off.

Place them back on parchment paper and immediately insert the Oreo wings.

Repeat with the remaining truffles and freeze again for 15 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.

Once set, attach candy eyes to the truffles with melted chocolate as glue, and use extra melted chocolate to secure any loose wings.

For added stability, return the truffles to the freezer briefly.

Enjoy your delicious creations!
